Cancellation and Payment


Payment for all services is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, with both email notification and a phone call to our office. Cancellations made after this period will result in a 50% charge of the total paid to cover the costs of our arrangements.
