At this time, we’re only accepting out of pocket payment that needs to be submitted at the time of any reservation, with 12 hours advance cancellation notice, if the cancellation is less than 12 hours before the pick-up time, a half of the submitted total amount for the entire (round trip) won’t be refunded * same rules applies for No show at pick up or during in route to pick up * please take a note of that!

We require a minimum of a 24 hours ahead of time for a new reservation online also its very important to contact us after you request a trip online by calling us! our dispatchers are available 24/7 to confirm that we have received your online reservation or request, please take a note of that *

Payment methods:

-Zelle Pay using our Business Zelle registered phone numbe: (210)378-0888 No fees *

-Online invoice payment with a credit card please add $3.9% convenience charge to the total

cost *

We made it easy to our customers to calculate their mileages before they call us and here’s the

1- Regular Vehicle patient transport = $1.75c per mile multiplied that by the total miles (from our

office and back to our office round trip) * equal = your expected cost *

2- Wheelchairs Van patient transport = $2.25c per

Mile multiplied that by the total miles (from our office and back to our office round trip) * equal =

your expected cost *

3- Waiting time is calculated as $20 per hour prorated * at pick up or drop off if the customer

requested a waiting time at pick up or at drop off, we billed that separately after the job

completed *
